Letsema Horticulture Market (LHM) is committed to sourcing produce from farms that adhere to responsible good agricultural practices, ensuring food safety and quality. To maintain these standards, every farmer must complete the following checklist before being added to our registered farmer database. Where it says provide proof , email the documents requested to qmanager@letsemahm.co.bw. No produce deliveries will be accepted without this form completed.

1 (a). Is your farm a registered company under Botswana law? If so or not so, do you have business banking details for payment?
